Responsible Gambling
Our approach
We want gambling at True Fortune to stay safe and fun, and we work to prevent compulsive play and underage access. Our staff are trained to spot compulsive and underage gambling and to act when they see it.
Keeping minors away
Play at True Fortune is open only to adults aged 25 and over. Parents can help by using child protection software, not leaving a device unattended while the casino is open, keeping passwords and sign-in details out of reach and limiting time online. If you know of a minor registered with us, tell us at [email protected].
Set a deposit limit
Send our support team a simple written request and we will set a limit on your account. Think about how often and how long you play and what amount you are ready to lose, then choose daily, weekly and monthly limits to match.
Take a break
Contact [email protected] at any time to take a break for up to six weeks. During the break we limit access to your account and to any new account you try to open.
Self-exclusion and closing your account
Our self-exclusion program lets you ask to cancel your membership, and we block the account shortly after we receive the request. You can also ask our support team at any time to close your account completely, or to remove you from our e-mail list.
Good habits
- Gambling is entertainment, not a way to earn money. Never bet money you need for rent or everyday costs.
- Winning is never guaranteed.
- Make the decision to play yourself, without pressure from others.
- Do not chase losses, and check your spending regularly.
- Learn how a game works before you bet on it.
Questions to ask yourself
Do you gamble to avoid everyday life, miss work or school to play, or lose interest in family, friends and hobbies? Do others criticise your gambling, or do you hide how much time and money you spend? Do you feel the urge to play again straight after losing a deposit? If you answer yes to any of these, help is available.
